    1. Federal Skilled Workers – for skilled workers with foreign work experience. Applicants must meet minimum requirements on skilled work experience, language and education. Other factors such as age, education, work experience, whether you have a valid job offer, English and/or French language skills, and adaptability will also be assessed.

    3. Canadian Experience Class - for skilled workers with Canadian work experience. Applicants must meet minimum requirements on language and duration of qualified skilled work experience in Canada.

Applications to the Express Entry pool are done online. Allow us to help you select the pathway that best aligns with your goals and qualifications, and support your application.

*Excludes Quebec. The province of Quebec selects its own skilled workers.

  • Most Asian immigrants prefer Ontario and British Columbia. However, migrating to other provinces and territories may be the right pathway to permanent residency for many. Through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), the provincial government offers immigration opportunities to those who have the relevant education, skills, and experience to meet the labor and economic needs of the province’s economy, and are interested in residing there. An application could be through the Express Entry or non-Express Entry process.

There are more than 80 PNP streams. To immigrate through this program, a Canadian province or territory has to nominate you. We can guide you in selecting the pathway that best aligns with your goals and qualifications, and provide support for your application.

    1. The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is designed to spread the benefits of economic immigration to smaller communities. Skilled foreign workers who want to work and live in one of the participating communities* can apply for permanent residence. Each community has its own additional eligibility requirements, job search process, candidate assessment process, and recommendation for permanent residence to IRCC for a final decision. The pilot has been extended until August 2024.

    2. The Agri-Food pilot provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced, non-seasonal workers in specific industries and occupations*. The requirements include the following:

    • eligible Canadian work experience in one or more of the eligible industries and occupations

    • a full-time, non-seasonal job offer from a Canadian employer in one of the eligible industries and occupations (outside of Quebec)

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, starting on January 1 of each year.

    3. The Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot are 5-year pilot programs that let qualified caregivers and their family members come to Canada with the goal of becoming permanent residents. f you’ve been offered a job in Canada as a caregiver or have experience working in Canada as a caregiver, you may be able to apply for permanent residence through one of these pilots.
